Messages are sent to customers on a daily basis. In addition, once a week we send a longer summary that integrates the psychological and/or physical elements relating to a particular topic. Together with the information and insights, we emphasize an action that can be taken, so that messages contain not only information but useful suggestions for activities. Our belief is that preventive psychology is an active process that can and should be encouraged.
