In very rare cases, the app gets stuck on the loading screen after it has been used for a long while.

To get passed this:

1. If you use iOS 4 with multitasking, double click the home button to show the apps across the bottom of the screen. Tap and hold on one of those apps until minus signs appear. Tap on the Balloon Animals app minus sign. Re-open the app.

2. If you are using iOS 3, restart your device. Do a more comprehensive restart. Hold down the sleep/wake button and the Home button at the same time. Ignore the "slide to power off", just hold the buttons until the device powers off. Start the device.
