You can create an unlimited number of items to track using a variety of pre-built scales, or, if the included scales don't meet your needs you can simply enter your own text and numbers.

1. All features of Symptom Minder will work for 30 days. If you decide Symptom Minder is right for you, you can purchase it for a very low price from right within the app. If you do not purchase the app after 30 days, you will still be able to view all information you have entered, but will not be able to save new information.
