Championship Checkers Free is a great version of this traditional board game. It has beautiful graphics and a nicely tuned AI with multiple levels of play for fun at any level. There is also a two player mode so you can play against a friend. If you are a fan of checkers (draughts) you will love this game.

You can now play multiplayer head-to-head games using Bump! Just bump your devices together and play. Requires Internet connection (3G, EDGE, WIFI).

The game starts on an 8x8 board with 12 pieces on each side. These pieces may only initially move and capture diagonally forwards. Only when a piece is "crowned" or "kinged" may it move both backwards or forwards. The opponent's pieces are captured by jumping over them. A player wins by capturing all of the opposing player's pieces, or by leaving the opposing player with no legal moves.

Objective:
Chinese Checkers is a classic board game that can be played by 2 to 6 players. Each player has 10 marbles of same color and each set of marbles are put in one point of the star-shaped game board. Your goal is to move all your marbles across the board to the star-point directly opposite to your starting star-point. The faster, the winner!

How To Play:
Having decided who plays first, the players take turns moving a single marble of their own color per turn. There are two ways to make a marble move.
1. A marble can be moved into an adjacent hole;
2. Or a marble can jump over one marble of any color in any direction to a symmetrical position on the opposite side, provided the hole beyond the jumped marble is vacant. Multiple jumps are allowed.
The marbles may be moved in and out of any holes on the board. However, once a marble is moved into its goal area, it may not be moved out although it may be moved within the goal area. Let's see how far u can jump!

CAPTURE MODE

Objective:
Your goal is very simple - capture as most marbles as you can!

How To Play:
All sixty marbles are put in the hexagonal field in the center of the game board. The one hole in the center of the board is left unoccupied so that the game board starts out with a symmetrical hexagonal pattern. The players take turns jumping any marbles over other marbles on the board. The jumped over pieces are captured and collected in the player's bin. If no jump is left, a marble can be moved into an adjacent hole until capture can be done. The Last marble is belonged to the player who captured the second-last marble.

Rules :
1. Each player will have 4 stones.
2. Each player needs to place stone one by one in blank spot in the board.
3. Player can place stone either by drag-drop or by clicking the stone then clicking blank spot.
4. Player can remove opponent stone by straight jump in any stage of game.
5. Once all stone is placed then players need to move their stone to adjacent spot.

Draw Rules :
6. If each player left with 1 stone in board and opponent player can not remove stone in immediate move then It will be tuff to win this game for each player , hence game is draw.
7. If each player left with 2 stones in board then each players will have 8 steps to win the game, if not then its draw.

Winning Rules:

Checkers or Draughts, as it is known in Great Britain, has ancient roots. It is thought that the earliest form of checkers was a game discovered in an archeological dig at Ur in Iraq. Carbon dating makes it appear that this game was played around 3000 B.C. However, the game used a slightly different board, a different number of pieces and no one is quite certain of the exact rules.

In Ancient Egypt a game called Alquerque, which had a 5X5 board was a common and much played game. Historians have traced it as far back as 1400 B.C. It was a game of such popularity that it was played all over the western world for thousands of years.

Around 1100 a Frenchman got the idea of playing the game on a chess board. This meant expanding the number of pieces to 12 on a side. It was then called "Fierges" or "Ferses". It was soon found that making jumps mandatory made the game more challenging. The French called this version "Jeu Force". The older version was considered more of a social game for women and was called "Le Jeu Plaisant De Dames".

Now the rules for checkers were set and the game was exported to England and America. In Great Britain the game was called "Draughts". Books were written on the game in Spain as early as the mid 1500's and in England a mathematician name William Payne wrote his own treatise on Draughts in 1756.

Over the years, many countries developed their own version of checkers/draughts and adjusted the rules, board size and color of pieces. They all share the same principal of rules, but added new rules or modified existing ones.

You can play the games either against the computer, other playes on the same device or you can connect to other devices (iPod Touch, iPhone or iPad) through the bluetooth connection and play against players on other devices.

This is a variation of the Classic Chinese Checkers game.
Goal of the game is to clear as many pieces as possible.

To clear a piece, jump over the next piece. You can jump horizontally or vertically into a free cell. Click on a piece and then move over the other piece and put into an empty cell right after it.

Checkers Mania is the classic Checkers game with a extremely great look.

Each player starts with 12 pieces on the three rows closest to their own side. The row closest to each player is called the "King Row". The red color moves first.

A player can move in two ways. A piece can be moved forward, diagonally, to the very next dark square. But if one player's piece, the other player's piece, and an empty square are lined up, then the first player must "jump" the other player's piece. In this case, the first player jumps over the other player's piece onto the empty square and takes the other player's piece off the board. A player can use one piece to make multiple jumps in any one single turn, provided each jump continues to lead immediately into the next jump. Sometimes a player may have the option or a choice of which opponent piece he must jump. In such cases, he may then choose which to jump.

If a player's piece moves into the King Row on the other player's side, it becomes a king. It can move forward and backward. (Regular pieces can only move forward.) A king cannot jump out of the King Row until the next turn.

Its a very easy and a addictive game. Give it a try.

Reversi Twist Free is a wonderful version of this classic game. Play against the computer with 4 AI levels or 2 player modes against a friend. Play multiplayer head-to-head games using Bump! Just bump your devices together and play. Requires Internet connection (3G, EDGE, WIFI). Each player can use the theme they want.

Reversi is a game involving abstract strategy and played on a board with 8 rows and 8 columns and a set of distinct pieces for each side. The pieces are disks with a light and a dark face, each side belonging to one player. The player's goal is to have a majority of their colored pieces showing at the end of the game, turning over as many of their opponent's pieces as possible.
