The field workers can manage the customers, accounts, contacts, orders, invoices etc. anywhere and anytime.
Once the changes are made, the user can synchornize them with the back-office on demand.

The client application works in disconnected mode and stores data in local database.
Back-office integration is implemented by the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Web Services.

NOTE: The user needs to set up their own CRM server to enable synchronization with the mobile client.
Alternativelly, Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online can be used for synchronization (http://crm.dynamics.com/).
