car2go is an innovative mobility concept providing "on-demand" transportation. Members of car2go have access to a free-floating network of smart fortwo vehicles 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Members can easily locate available car2go vehicles using the internet, a mobile device or by contacting the car2go customer support center. car2go members can reserve a vehicle up to 24 hours in advance or simply access an available vehicle on the street by initiating a rental with their membership card.
car2go's first North American pilot program is based in Austin, Texas following the successful implementation of the innovative mobility concept in Ulm, Germany.
The car2go iPhone application developed by rrooaarr interactive solutions offers an easy way to locate available car2go vehicles for "on-demand" transportation.
The application identifies your position and the address of the next available car2go including the vehicle's license plate, fuel level, distance to the vehicle and the approximate time to walk to the car2go.
Application features include:
- Displays the user position in relation to the nearest available car2go. The car2go is specified by the vehicle's position (address), license plate, fuel level, distance to the vehicle and the, approximate time to walk to the car2go.
- Displays available car2go vehicles available in map and table view, including license plate, address of vehicle, fuel level, interior and exterior condition
- Displays dedicated car2go parking locations available in map and table view
- Locates a member's reserved car2go by using the reservation code
- Table view for car2go and parking locations includes distance indication
- Detailed information including route calculation from the user's current location to a specified car2go or parking location
- By clicking on the pins, more information about the current point on the map will be displayed.
Comment about using the iPhone to determine a user position
The accuracy of the position is dependent of the data sent to the iPhone.
The device may define the user position by using GPS, Wi-Fi or triangulation from 3 mobile transmission towers.
Wi-Fi is the most accurate method to define a position. If there is no Wi-Fi available, the device will use either GPS or triangulation.
GPS (available on iPhone 3G and iPhone 3Gs) is very accurate as well, but may be limited when used indoors.
Triangulation works on every type of iPhone, but only when the signal is strong. It is not as accurate as GPS. If the device is not able to define the position correctly, a nearby position will be displayed instead.
For this reason, there may be variances in the user location displayed and that is unfortunately beyond our sphere of influence. Please be aware of this while using the application.
Please note: The position of an available car2go is delivered from the location interface from car2go. rrooaarr interactive solutions does not make any guarantees, expressed or implied, for the correctness of this information and cannot be held responsible in the event of errors.

What objective criteria do you use to diagnose depression and determine the severity? Do you document any improvement on subsequent visits?"
Quickly administer and score the PHQ-9 on your device. The PHQ-9 is the nine item depression scale of the Patient Health Questionnaire. The PHQ-9 is a powerful tool for assisting primary care clinicians in diagnosing depression as well as selecting and monitoring treatment.
There are two components of the PHQ-9:
Assessing symptoms and functional impairment to make a tentative depression diagnosis, and
Deriving a severity score to help select and monitor treatment
The PHQ-9 is based directly on the diagnostic criteria for major depressive disorder in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual Fourth Edition (DSM-IV).

"Because of your high cholesterol, elevated blood pressure, and smoking, you have the cardiovascular system of a 68 year old man. Let me know if you want address this."
New Framingham CVD risk profile for primary care
JANUARY 23, 2008
Boston, MA - Framingham Heart Study researchers have developed a new sex-specific general cardiovascular disease prediction tool that they hope will encourage primary-care physicians to make greater use of such algorithms . Dr Ralph B D'Agostino (Framingham Heart Study, Boston, MA) and colleagues report their findings online January 22, 2008 in Circulation.
They explain that the despite the availability of several validated disease-specific risk-prediction algorithms—such as the current Framingham risk score, which predicts risk of coronary heart disease only—their use has lagged in primary care. "We believe physicians want to know how to prevent all cardiovascular diseases. They don't like to look at a patient and say, for you I'm going to prevent coronary disease, for you stroke, etc, etc," senior author Dr William B Kannel (Framingham Heart Study) explained.
Heart Age, based on the well-established and highly respected Framingham Risk Score, uses standard risk factors for heart disease or stroke (such as age, weight, gender, cholesterol, blood pressure and smoking) to estimate a person's "u2018Heart Age', which could be higher than their chronological age if their personal CVD risk factors are high.

The official mobile application of the 2011 LIVESTRONG Austin Marathon and Half Marathon. Features include: real-time runner tracking, Twitter feed of current race information, interactive course maps, race results, visitor information and weekend event schedule.
Does the runner have to run with their mobile device in order for me to track them?
No, absolutely not. Our system has real-time access to the timing system used at the race. As long as the runner runs with their D-tag (supplied with their bib), you'll be able to track them.
Is there a website version of the App?
Yes, we are providing a website with the same split and ETA information for each runner as found in the iPhone app. You can access it via any Internet-enabled device. Please go to WhyDoYouRun.com for more information.
I've downloaded the app, but I can't find myself under Runner Tracking nor Results. What's up?
Runner registration information is entered into the app database as it becomes available. A final, complete update will be entered the night before the race. On the day of the race, you'll be able to use the full Runner Tracking and Results functionality.
What's the difference between your app and apps that provide GPS based tracking?
1) In this app, the runner does not have to run with their mobile device in order to be tracked. Our app accesses the timing system used along the course real-time. It is not dependent on GPS signal strength, GPS availability, nor the battery life of a smart phone device.
2) Our app is the Official Mobile Application for the 2011 LIVESTRONG Austin Marathon and Half Marathon and allows a spectator to search the official race registration for an athlete to follow.
3) Our app provides ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival) to specific points along the course, including the finish line.

'Coverage: Austin' is a special highly-detailed Austin-only version of our hit app 'Coverage?' intended to provide Austin locals and SXSW attendees with a powerful tool for tracking down the nearest fastest bandwidth, no matter what wireless network they use.
NOTE: This app is not officially associated with or sponsored by SXSW.
For (less detailed) coverage maps of the entire USA, please check out the full version of 'Coverage?'.
Coverage provides an at-a-glance, "universal", area overview, cellular coverage map by interactively overlaying the major USA cellular providers.
Coverage focuses on helping bandwidth junkies know where they might be able to get their next hit, no matter what network (or combination of networks) they use.
** Know before you go: Avoid having to check each provider's coverage map individually to know where you're most likely able to keep connected in your travels.
** No internet needed: All coverage maps are stored locally, so you can check where coverage is most likely even when you have none.
** Urban and rural areas: Maps cover the entire Austin city limits, and out to popular SXSW roadtrip destinations like the Salt Lick restaurant.
** Know where to roam: view 4G, 3G, 2G and roaming areas as separate overlays, focus on finding the coverage type you need.
** Bask in the joys of mobile bandwidth while avoiding the sorrows of roaming usage caps and absent signal.
Check our website at http://www.technomadia.com/coverage to learn the story behind Coverage, and for a quick video demo.
Q: Why aren't the maps more detailed?
A: We can only include so much map detail in an app small enough to be downloaded wirelessly!
Q: What makes 'Coverage?' unique?
A: There is no other tool out there that allows you to overlay coverage maps from all the major carriers. Coverage has done the labor intensive work to create aligned, standardized interpretations of each carrier's reported coverage. For travelers who have devices on multiple networks who need to stay connected as they roam, this information is essential. Unlike checking individual carrier websites, Coverage is fast and easy, and it works even when you have a slow connection, or none at all.
Q: What happened to T-Mobile?
A: T-Mobile does not provide detailed maps of Austin in a format that we can incorporate into 'Coverage: SXSW'. The nationwide version of 'Coverage?' does include T-Mobile maps.
** Winner - 'Most Useful App' - iOSDevCamp 2010 **
The groundwork for Coverage was built at iOSDevCamp 2010, and it was named "u2018Most Useful App' of the conference. We are absolutely thrilled and honored to have won this award!
Note: Coverage is a Universal iPad / iPhone app. It does however require iOS 4.2 - the mapping overlay technology we use was not possible in earlier iOS versions.
Note that the maps in Coverage are our own proprietary interpretations of the coverage reported by each carrier. You should not rely on the maps in Coverage to be perfectly precise or comprehensively up to date, though we intend to regularly update them.
We can of course make no promises as to where you'll *actually* get signal. The goal of Coverage is to give you an indication of where you're most likely to catch a wave, not provide neighborhood level precision.
So Got Coverage?
The last major update to the 'Coverage: SXSW' maps:
